General Contract Payment Order Collection Order Currency Exchange Licence

The conclusion of the general contract governing foreign exchange trading and the provision of monetary services is the fundamental prerequisite for the commencement of future cooperation in the area of foreign exchange transactions.

The contract defines the unequivocal procedures for the negotiation of the transactions, their settlement and the obligations of the contractual parties. Annex no. 1 specifies the list of the individuals authorised to negotiate and confirm transactions on behalf of the client (including the signature specimen) and Annex no. 2 sets out the list of the client's bank accounts designated for the settlement of the transactions.

The procedure for concluding the contract

You can conclude a general contract at our company's registered office on any workday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

If you are interested in establishing business relations with our company, save a copy of the general contract onto your computer hard disc. Enter your identification information into the contract, including Annexes nos. 1 and 2, print out two copies of the documents, sign them (have your signature on 1 original of the general contract officially verified or verified by a notary public).

Send these copies to our company office with the following documents:

1. If you are an individual,

• Copy of your identification document (identification card, passport), from which your surname, first name, individual number or date of birth, sex, residence permit, the number and expiry date of the identification document as well as authority or country, where it was issued, can be verified.

• Or another identification document, from which your personal data can be verified

Copies of these documents should be of good quality, so that the information and the photo of the party establishing business relations can be easily read and seen.

If you run business as an individual, you must also submit the document, from which the name of your company, individual mark or another mark and individual number can be verified.

The representatives of the company will then sign the contract and its copy will be sent back to you. According to the general contract the first payment will be made to your account opened in the bank or its subsidiaries in EU.

2. If you are a legal entity,

• A certified copy of the extract from Companies Register or another trade register, if you are entered into that register as a legal entity, from which the following information can be verified:
  - trade name or name of the legal entity with the individual mark, registered office, individual number;
  - name (or names), surname, individual number or date of birth, residence permit of the statutory body or members;
  - ascertainment of the main partner or the managing director;
  - identification of the individual, who will act as company agent;
  
• if the statutory body or its member is a legal entity, ascertainment of its trade name or name of the legal entity with the individual mark, registered office, individual number or alternatively similar individual number given abroad and also the identification information of the persons who form a statutory body or are its members (in this case the certified copy of the extract from Companies register or another trade register).

If a legal entity is not entered into the Company register or another trade register, it has to submit this information in another way without breaking our company rules.

The representatives of the company will then sign the contract and its copy will be sent back to you. According to the general contract the first payment will be made to your account opened in the bank or its subsidiaries in EU.

3. If your identification documents will be verified by the notary public according to § 10 of the law № 253/2008, send 2 copies of the general contract to a registered address of our company with the public document of the verification (given by the notary public) as well as copies of the appropriate documents, from which the verification was made. The general contract will be confirmed by our company and its copy will be sent back to you.
