How can I commence cooperation with you?
If you decide to make use of any of the services offered by our company, you must first conclude a so-called general contract which regulates the contractual relations between the client and the company. You will then be able to commence trading (purchase/sale of foreign currency), to make or receive international payments..
Who are your services designed for?
Our company's services are designed for businesspeople, whether they be physical or legal entities, and for private individuals.
Is it possible to conclude the general contract by post?
Yes, you can conclude the general contract by post. Print out 2 copies of the contract and the annexes which are available at our website and have your signature on one of the originals of the general contract officially verified or verified by a notary public. Then send the contract and a copy of your identification document (identification card, passport) to the company's correspondence address. One original will then be signed and sent back to you at your stated address.
If you use our services as a business entity (physical and legal entities), please supplement the aforementioned documents with a copy of your trade certificate (physical entities) or your Certificate of Incorporation (legal entities).
Is it necessary to fill in the annexes or is it sufficient just to fill in the general contract?
It really is necessary to fill in the annexes, because they facilitate our subsequent communication with the client. In Annex no. 1, it is possible to designate the individual (or several individuals) who are authorised to negotiate and confirm transactions on behalf of the client (including the signature specimens). We would like to point out that if you decide to conclude the contract by post, you must be sure to have the signatures of the given individuals officially verified or verified by a notary public and to include a copy of their identification documents (identification card, passport). If you do not want anybody other than yourself to be able to conclude the transactions on your behalf, only include your own information in this annex. Annex no. 2 contains the list of your bank accounts designated for the settlement of transactions.
How does the transaction take place?
The client, who must have concluded a general contract with us, contacts us and informs us of the client's requirement. If both parties reach an agreement, the transaction (the sale/purchase of foreign exchange) is concluded and it is then confirmed in writing with the issuance of the confirmation of the given transaction. This confirmation designates the precise conditions for the transaction (the currency, the amount, the exchange rate, the agreed date, the deadline for the settlement and the bank account) and it is sent to the client by fax or by email or it is handed over in person at the company's office. The standard period for the settlement of a transaction is T+2, i.e. two days from the negotiation of the transaction. When negotiating a transaction, the client pledges to transfer the funds for the transaction to the company's client account at the latest by the date of the settlement of the transaction and the company will transfer the equivalent of the funds to the client's stated account as of the day of settlement.
The company will also issue written confirmation of the settlement of the transaction.
What are the confirmation of the negotiated transaction and the confirmation of the settlement of the transaction?
The confirmation of the negotiated transaction constitutes written verification of the negotiated transaction. It precisely defines the conditions and contains:
the transaction registration number,
the client (the identification of the client),
the currency,
the amount,
the exchange rate,
the date of negotiation,
the settlement deadline,
the bank account (the company's precisely defined client account for the dispatch of the funds).
The confirmation of the settlement of the transaction is the written verification of the settlement of the transaction, which is understood to mean the crediting of the funds to the client's account or the settlement of the transaction by means of the realisation of an international payment on behalf of the client.
How can I use the mediation of payments?
Our company has a licence which authorises it to realise the mediation of payments (both domestically and abroad). The advantage of the use of this service lies in the amount of the fee which is a maximum of 300 CZK. Payments over 100,000 EUR (or the equivalent in another currency) are free of charge.
